LINDA STEPHENSON
Linda Stephenson founder of the Coaching GymLinda has spent over twenty years in the high performance sports coaching industry. She is now at the forefront of energy management - how the thoughts affect the body, impact on energy levels, emotions and behaviours.

She has studied in America and in Europe with the leading proponent of Core Dynamic’s Coaching and has subsequently developed her own highly successful programmes in mind, body and emotional management. Linda is now a recognised expert and trainer of trainers.

Linda works with a wide range of clients - from international racing drivers to the leadership teams of blue chip companies, senior executives and entrepreneurs. She is passionate about the work she does, she has designed and run a number of international retreats for women.

Her work has immediate impact and allows clients to enhance their personal presence, and gravitas, whilst learning how to optimise their energy management. She is recognised for her ability to inspire people to rise to the challenge of making powerful changes whilst having fun.


Tim SalisburyTIM SALISBURY
Tim Salisbury has been coaching senior executives for the past 10 years following a successful career within the Financial Services sector. He held several senior positions and led teams in excess of 100 people.

Delivering great results through helping leaders make step changes in their performance is one of Tim’s key drivers and is the reason that the majority of his work comes by way of client referrals. Coupled with his sound business knowledge and practical common sense, it is the depth of relationship that Tim builds which enables him to make a tangible difference to his clients.

Tim’s key areas of expertise are is setting strategy, developing confidence at a senior level and the ability to influence stakeholders.

He is a qualified Master Business Coach and a Certified Trainer of NLP.


Anne ShiltonANNE SHILTON
Anne has over 10 years experience as an Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor.

She has particular expertise in leadership development, raising individual performance, communication, marketing and personal branding. She has worked with many senior executives and top teams in both large and small organisations on coaching and change management programmes with a specific focus on developing 21st century emotionally intelligent leaders.

Anne has a lively, warm approach and brings passion, energy and fun to her coaching. She is committed to working in partnership with her clients providing a hands on facilitation style that motivates, encourages and challenges.

Her work continues to shape and renew her belief that the nature and strength of the relationships we establish has a profound impact on what is possible for individuals, teams and organisations.

Client experience in many sectors including NHS, Fire and Rescue Service, Learning & Skills Council, Universities, Business Links, Schools, Care, Travel and Tourism, Food and Drink, Retail, Wholesale, Leisure and Financial Services.

A qualified coach and coach supervisor, Anne holds a post graduate Diploma in Marketing, is qualified to deliver psychometric profiling tools, the Institute of Leadership and Management’s (ILM) Leadership, Management, Coaching & Mentoring Awards and is an accredited Investor in People adviser.


JULIE HALL
Julie HallLeadership coach/Coach Supervisor
Jules experienced coaching first hand whilst working in the corporate world and found it to be the most powerful form of personal development she had encountered in her twenty year corporate career. So life changing that she wanted to be able to share such transformation with others.

Jules has extensive experience of working on global human resources initiatives gained through her years in multinationals. This has developed into a talent for using business objectives as a basis for designing effective organisational initiatives to create flexible organisations that deliver results for private and public companies; especially those in a state of change through mergers, acquisitions or reorganisation.

Enabling people to move smoothly through change is her strength.

Seeing her clients attain their goals and the tangible results that their companies want is vital, as is seeing those clients gain the recognition that they deserve.

GILLY HOLLIS
Gilly Hollis Hall A Graduate of the Central School of Speech & Drama, a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, a certified NLP practitioner and a qualified high performance coach, Gilly Hollis has enjoyed a successful consulting career in performance enhancement and leadership development.

With seventeen years experience designing and delivering training programmes and individual executive coaching, Gilly has worked across the business spectrum facilitating her clients to address the challenges of their leadership role focusing on the demands of high level communication , management of change and the stress that often results from working under great pressure.

A specialist in working with women in senior management, Gilly developed and ran a range of successful programmes addressing the underlying causes of the “glass ceiling.”

Gilly is passionate about encouraging people to develop as communicators and facilitating them to find their voice thus improving their effectiveness as leaders in the business environment.
